This Brittle Creation has resulted in a strong success, named Kit-Crock, which combines the good to the delightful. The pack offers 15 wafers ready to be stuffed and, on the other hand, a powdered paste of various flavors to create the perfect mousse.  What we have brought to the company is based on three main elements: quality, convenience and speed.

The steps you have to take to accomplish this product are basically due:  1) Take a bowl and pour the contents of the envelope by hand by hand cold milk (1 liter maximum), with the help of an electric whip mounted for 5 minutes the dough. Once the mousse is created, let it rest for 15 minutes in the fridge. As for the semifreddo, mix the contents of a pack with 500 ml of cold milk and 500 ml of sweetened cream for sweets. Fit for 3 minutes thanks to an electric bush. Once finished, it had to solidify the product in a freezer for at least 1-2 hours. 2) Open the waffle bag by taking the necessary, you can safely store our products at room temperature away from heat sources and avoid contact with the air. Pour the mousse in the wafers by adding fruit, chocolate flakes and various topping. You can safely prepare it at the moment or make it in advance while keeping the dessert a positive temperature for a maximum of 4 hours.
